Immediately following Specific Appropriation 2093, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2093A, $2,000,000 is provided
for the On and Off Port Rail System Improvements for the Port of Miami.
These funds shall reduce the amount that is allocated to the work
districts by a like amount.
