On Page: 350 From funds re-appropriated in Specific Appropriation
1464A, Chapter 2001-253, Laws of Florida, $600,000 is
Spec App: authorized to provide planning, land purchase and
construction for site development of a regional Gulf
Coast Research and Education Center for strawberry
research and $250,000 is provided to Soho South for
workforce development, job training, and job creation
opportunities.

The unexpended balance of funds provided to the Department
of Agriculture and Consumer Services for transfer to the University of
Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences in Specific
Appropriation 1464A of Chapter 2001-253, Laws of Florida, relating to
the IFAS Dover Strawberry Research Center for $850,000 is hereby
reverted and re-appropriated and authorized to provide planning, land
purchase and construction for site development of a regional Gulf Coast
Research and Education Center in support of strawberry research.
and INSERT new Section 18:
