On Page: 350 Adds a facility for the University of South Florida to
the list of projects authorized to be funded through
Spec App: the issuance of Revenue Bonds and also to the section
authorizing the direct support organization of USF to
acquire the facility.

Florida Nursing/Health Care and Education Center project by the USF
Foundation.
