Following Specific Appropriation 693, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 693, the Department of
Corrections may spendup to $400,000 from the General Revenue fund for a
public awareness campaign describing penalties or "10-20-Life" offenses
and other criminal offenses.
