system enrollment growth by $10 million, adds $10
Spec App: 146 million to Public Schools for initiatives relating to
the Governor's proposed A++ legislation.

DELTA Training, $3,600,000; DELTA Principal Awards, $2,000,000; Update
Sunshine State Standards for Middle Schools, $250,000; Model Middle
School Classroom Technology, $250,000; Summer Middle School Academy,
$500,000; Alternative Certification Academies, $1,500,000; and Online
Assessment for High School Students, $1,900,000.
