Delete the first paragraph of proviso following Specific Appropriation
2306:
From the funds provided in Specific Appropriation 2306, the Department
of Agriculture and Consumer Services may contract to reimburse the
Florida Commission on Tourism/Florida Tourism Industry Marketing
Corporation for an amount not to exceed $240,000 for the cost of citrus
juice dispensed at the Florida Welcome Stations.
and insert:
From the funds provided in Specific Appropriation 2306, the Department
of Citrus may contract to reimburse the Florida Commission on
Tourism/Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation for an amount
not to exceed $240,000 for the cost of citrus juice dispensed at the
Florida Welcome Stations.
