GENERAL BILL by Health Care Standards & Regulatory Reform ; Law Enforcement & Public Safety ; Betancourt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Heyman ; Lynn

Alcohol Impairment Notification; authorizes certain health care providers who become aware of person's unlawful blood-alcohol level to notify law enforcement officials; prescribes form for notice; provides that such notice or failure to provide notice is not violation of any ethical, moral, or legal duty; provides for certain immunity from civil or criminal liability & from any professional disciplinary action, etc. Amends 316.1932,.1933.
