Prostate & Breast Cancer; establishes Prostate Cancer Task Force; increases membership of Fla. Cancer Control & Research Advisory Council; requires council to purchase or develop written summary of cancer treatment alternatives for prostate cancer; provides appropriations for developing or purchasing & for distributing bilingual pamphlets, & for developing & implementing education programs, on prostate & breast cancer, etc. Amends 240.5121. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
