CS/SB 1218: Driver's License Revocations

GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Crist

Driver's License Revocations; rescinds fine for speeds exceeding limit by 1-5 m.p.h. & replaces fine with warning; provides for permanent revocation of driver's license for murder resulting from operation of motor vehicle, DUI manslaughter where conviction represents subsequent DUI-related conviction or 4 or more DUI convictions; provides for commencement of period of suspension or revocation for incarcerated offenders, etc. Amends Chs. 318, 320, 322, 627.
