Rules of Criminal Procedure; constitutional amendment to allow Legislature to repeal, by general law enacted by majority vote of membership of each house, rules of criminal procedure adopted by the State Supreme Court & to provide that law enacted by Legislature governing criminal procedure prevails over any conflicting Supreme Court rule. Amends s. 2, Art. V.
