Certified Capital Company Act; requires Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office of Governor's Executive Office to administer tax credits; creates said act; provides certification procedures & deadlines; provides grounds for application denial or decertification; provides credit against premium tax liability; requires Banking & Finance Dept. to conduct annual reviews of said companies; provides requirements for distributions, etc. Amends 14.2015; creates 288.99. APPROPRIATION: $340,434.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
