SB 1528: Lee Co./Hyacinth Control District
LOCAL BILL by Dudley
Lee Co./Hyacinth Control District; provides for codified charter of its special acts in single act & repeals all prior special acts re said district as required by certain provision; provides for continuation of said district in county from effective date of this act; prescribes powers, organization, & duties of board; provides that legal authority for said district shall be construed liberally to accomplish continuation of work of said district, etc.
