GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Williams
Personal Info/Records/Inmate Access; amends provision re confidential info & other info available to inmates & offenders in correctional system or under supervision; prohibits certain disclosure or use of certain "personal information about another person," as defined, by inmate or offender with intent to obtain benefit from, harass, harm, or defraud such person; provides that inmate or offender convicted of such offense is subject to forfeiture of gain-time, etc. Amends 945.10.
