Public Record/Entertainment Industry; provides exemption from public records requirements for records of Entertainment Industry Commissioner & Entertainment Fla. Council or other entity authorized to function in its place re specified information, when such confidentiality is requested; takes effect on same date as SB 1612 or similar legislation that creates Entertainment Fla. Council & position of Entertainment Industry Commissioner, etc. Creates 288.1256.
