Drivers License Suspension/Bad Check; provides for suspension of driver's license re certain persons who do not fulfill agreement for bad check diversion program or against whom warrant or capias is issued in worthless check case; provides for notification & for conditions for reinstatement; directs HSMV & FDLE to develop & implement plan; allows HSMV to sell copies of certain records of dept.; provides for use of private debt collectors, etc. Creates 832.09,.10; amends 322.251,.142.
