GENERAL BILL by Klein
Execution; provides for execution of death penalty by means of lethal injection; provides for election of lethal injection by certain persons sentenced to death for capital offenses committed before specified date; provides for execution by electrocution under specified circumstances; provides for designation of executioner by superintendent; provides for confidentiality of info identifying person administering lethal injection, etc. Amends 922.10.
