GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Natural Resources ; Latvala ; Laurent
Florida Forever Program Act; (THIS BILL COMBINES S2024,2648) provides for said act; provides legislative findings & intent re acquisition of lands for conservation, ecosystem restoration, recreation, water resource & water supply development, & urban green space & recreational opportunities; creates Preservation 2000 Program Review Study Commission; requires SW Fla. WMD to fund water supply development activities, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $75,000.
