SB 2302: Sales Taxes/Chamber of Commerce
GENERAL BILL by Laurent ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hargrett ; Forman
Sales Taxes/Chamber of Commerce; provides that no tax on certain purchases by, & revenues of, chamber of commerce not actually paid or collected before specified date shall be due from that chamber of commerce; provides for refund of certain taxes paid.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
