GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Clary ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Harris ; McKay ; Williams ; KURTH

Real Estate; provides registration & licensing requirements for additional business entities; eliminates conflicting provision re automatic cancellation of registration of real estate broker partnership; provides additional requirements for licensure as real estate broker; creates exemption, with exceptions, to construction contracting requirements & to electrical & alarm system contracting requirements, etc. Amends Chs. 475, 489, 553.
