Drug-free Workplaces; authorizes certain persons to take or collect specimens for drug tests; authorizes employers to use certain federal drug-free program test results & forms instead of certain drug testing; provides criteria; provides for rebutting presumption under certain circumstances; includes alcohol testing within provision establishing presumption; provides criteria; provides limitations, etc. Amends 112.0455, 440.09,.102.
