Public Records/Clean Air Act; provides exemption from public records requirements for trade secrets information of a stationary source subject to Accidental Release Prevention Program, which is required to be protected from disclosure under federal Clean Air Act; provides for future review & repeal; takes effect on same date as CS/H 3717 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in same legislative session, etc. Creates 252.943.
