HB 3759: Arrests

GENERAL BILL by Trovillion

Arrests; provides that court may issue warrant for defendant's arrest which provides for defendant's release upon his or her own recognizance under specified circumstances when complaint has been filed charging commission of misdemeanor only & summons issued to defendant is returned unserved; prohibits person who has been arrested from giving false ID to law enforcement officer or county jail personnel, etc. Amends Ch. 901.
