Statewide Public Guardianship Office; extends time to review certain reports; provides legislative intent to establish Statewide Public Guardianship Office; directs Elderly Affairs Dept. to provide certain services & support; provides for executive director & oversight responsibilities; provides procedure for obtaining fingerprint cards & for maintaining results of certain investigations; provides for transfer of resources between agencies, etc. Amends Ch. 744, 28.241. APPROPRIATION: $300,000.
