SB 420: Firearms

GENERAL BILL by Holzendorf

Firearms; defines term "locking device"; provides that locking device may be used for purpose of lawfully storing firearm within access of minor, as defined; requires person to secure firearm with locking device under specified circumstances when firearm is left or stored on premises where such minor resides; prohibits person who is not licensed firearms dealer from purchasing more than one handgun within 30-day period, etc. Amends Ch. 790.
