GENERAL BILL by Spratt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Putnam
Citrus Industry Regulation; authorizes Citrus Dept. to adopt rule listing forms to be used in conducting its business; amends certain provision re bond requirements of citrus fruit dealers; allows Fla. Citrus Commission to prescribe certain terms of producer contracts; authorizes said commission to refer to national or state requirements in rules re issuance & use of symbols, certification marks, service marks, or trademarks. Amends 601.10,.61; creates 601.9918.
