Agric. Emergency Eradication TF; provides for sources of moneys & purposes; provides for annual carryforward of funds; provides for future review & termination or re-creation of trust fund; takes effect July 1 of year in which enacted, if HB 3479 or similar legislation amending s. 215.32, F.S., to authorize transfers from Working Capital Fund to said trust fund by Comptroller, is adopted in same legislative session or extension thereof.
