Relief/Jemal Kurein/Tampa; provides for relief of Jemal Kurein, by & through his wife & natural guardian, Semira Kurein, & for Semira Kurein, individually, & for Remzu & Nima Kurein, minor children of Jemal & Semira Kurein, by & through their mother, Semira Kurein; compensates them for injuries & damages sustained by Jemal Kurein as result of negligence of City of Tampa; provides for payment of Medicaid liens prior to disbursement of warrant. CLAIM: $290,930.
