Felony Offenses/Bodily Injury; revises elements of offense of committing felony that causes bodily injury to provide that if person who perpetrates or attempts to perpetrate certain enumerated felony offenses & who commits, aids, or abets intentional act that could, but does not, cause death of another, the person commits first-degree felony; includes such offense in offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code, etc. Amends 782.051, 921.0022.
