GENERAL BILL by Corrections ; Brooks ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Feeney ; Ziebarth ; Casey

Correctional Facilities/Tobacco; provides legislative intent; requires DOC & private vendors operating state correctional facilities to make smoking-cessation assistance available to inmates; prohibits inmate within said facility from using tobacco products in prohibited areas; prohibits employees or visitors from using tobacco products in prohibited areas; adds state correctional facilities to definition of public place, etc. Creates 386.213; amends 386.203.
