GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Laurent ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kirkpatrick

Aquaculture; provides that marine aquaculture products are exempt from Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission resource management rules, except for snook; authorizes aquaculture producers to import & possess sturgeon; provides for regulatory responsibilities over Fla. Aquaculture Policy Act; provides for restrictions on aquaculture certificates; provides cultured shellfish theft reward program, etc. Amends Chs. 370, 372, 597.
