SB 120: Library Cooperatives
GENERAL BILL by Grant
Library Cooperatives; requires Library & Information Services Division of Dept. of State to issue certificates to certain library cooperatives; provides exemption from tax on sales, use, & other transactions for library cooperatives certified under certain provision; provides for retroactive application of tax exemption. Amends 257.41, 212.08.
