Construction; amends certain grounds for disciplinary action against building code administrators & building officials; clarifies certain notice requirements re perfecting lien for labor, services, or materials furnished under contract; provides exemption for certain direct contracts for repair or replacement of heating or air-conditioning systems; defines term "information", etc. Amends Ch. 713, 255.05, 468.621.
