GENERAL BILL by Bloom ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fiorentino

Minors/Use or Possession of Firearms; provides that possession of firearm by minor in violation of specified provisions constitutes felony of third degree instead of misdemeanor of first degree; authorizes secure detention for specified period; provides for performance of community service in manner involving hospital emergency room or other medical environment dealing on regular basis with trauma patients & gunshot wounds, etc. Amends 790.22; reenacts ss. of 943.051, 985.212,.215.
