Elections/Lieutenant Governor; provides for designation of candidates for Lieutenant Governor; provides for ballot language on primary election ballots & advance absentee ballots for general election if candidate for Lieutenant Governor has not been designated by time certain; allows candidate who has qualified for public office & has either withdrawn or been eliminated to be designated as candidate for Lieutenant Governor, etc. Amends Ch. 99, 100.111, 101.62, 102.112.
