GENERAL BILL

Weapons & Firearms/School Property; requires minor charged with certain activities re discharge of weapons or firearms on school property to be detained in secure detention; requires hearing within time certain; authorizes court to order continued secure detention for certain period; provides for discretionary direct file for offense of possessing or discharging weapons or firearms on school property, etc. Amends 790.115, 985.215,.227.
