Postsecondary Remediation; revises provision re funding for college-preparatory classes; provides that interinstitutional articulation agreements include plan outlining mechanisms & strategies for improving preparation of elementary, middle, & high school teachers; amends provision re common placement testing for public postsecondary education to revise provision re funding for college-preparatory classes, etc. Amends 239.301, 240.1161,.117,.124.
