Elections/Voter Signatures; requires periodic updating of signatures of certain voters to facilitate signature verification of absentee ballots; requires supervisors of elections to send such voters notice to sign & return for such purpose; requires notice sent to Hispanic registrants to be in both English & Spanish; authorizes such updating at main office or any branch office of supervisor. Creates 101.675.
