SB 1850: Declared States of Emergency/Schools

GENERAL BILL by Jones

Declared States of Emergency/Schools; requires that certain offenses be reclassified to next higher degree if offense is committed during state of emergency or mandatory evacuation order; specifies offenses that are subject to reclassification; authorizes school district to request that its funding under Fla. Education Finance Program be recalculated if, following disaster, district's enrollment falls as result of disaster, etc. Amends 236.081; creates 252.375.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
