HB 2043: Presentence Investigation Reports
GENERAL BILL by Bense
Presentence Investigation Reports; authorizes limited release of certain confidential investigative records of DOC; requires that state attorney release copy of presentence investigation report to victim, the victim's parent or guardian, or victim's next of kin; requires that confidential information be redacted from report. Amends 945.10, 960.001.
