Agric. & Consumer Services Dept.; amends provision re registration of brands of antifreeze distributed in state to provide that registrant assumes responsibility for product's quality; provides for measures to ensure only Fla. products are marketed under logos of Fla. Agricultural Promotional Campaign; provides for sales tax exemption for racing greyhound feed; clarifies provisions re home solicitation sale & buyers right to cancel, etc. Amends FS.
