GENERAL BILL by Villalobos ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sanderson

Personal Injury Protection; allows insureds to elect multiple personal injury protection policy limitations; deletes requirement that insurers offer certain limitations; allows insureds to receive appropriate premium reductions; requires notice; provides for continuation of policy coverage at existing rates if insurer fails to comply; provides inapplicability of section in specified circumstances, etc. Amends 627.739,.7295; creates 627.7277.
