GENERAL BILL by Law Enforcement & Crime Prevention ; Futch ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Heyman ; Gottlieb

Criminal History Information/FDLE; requires that FDLE provide qualified entities that provide care, treatment, or other services for children, elderly, or individuals with disabilities access to criminal history information; ratifies National Crime Prevention & Privacy Compact; authorizes Administration Commission to increase positions within FDLE; provides each office of Public Defender on-line access to criminal records which are not exempt from disclosure, etc. Amends Ch. 943.
