GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Forman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Grant

Guardianship; provides legislative intent to establish Statewide Public Guardianship Office; provides for said office within Elderly Affairs Dept.; requires office to develop training program & curriculum committee; provides for executive director to establish offices of public guardian & to appoint or contract with public guardians; authorizes credit & criminal investigations of nonprofessional or public guardians, etc. Amends Ch. 744, 28.241. APPROPRIATION: $300,000.
