GENERAL BILL by Campbell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Carlton
Game Promotions; redefines terms "game promotion" & "operator"; prohibits certain acts in connection with game promotions & promotional material therefor; requires certain information to be printed on envelopes & on advertising & promotional material distributed in connection with game promotion to public through mail; provides penalties, including increased penalties when unlawful act is against older individual, etc. Amends 849.094, 721.111.
