Child Care; modifies duties of state agencies re child care programs sponsored by agencies; provides sales tax exemption for real estate used & owned by child care facility operating in enterprise zone; increases maximum family income for participation in subsidized child care program; provides minimum training requirements for child care facility directors; revises requirements re training courses for operators of family day care homes, etc. Amends FS.
