Sexual Predators & Sexual Offenders; revises definition of term "conviction" to include conviction in another jurisdiction; requires that DOC or custodian of local jail notify FDLE if sexual predator escapes from custody, absconds from supervision, or dies; revises criteria under which court may remove offender's designation as sexual predator; revises criteria under which offender is required to register as sexual offender, etc. Amends 775.21, 943.0435, 944.606,.607.
