Sheriff's Office/Career-service; (Hernando Co.) provides for application of act to career-service members of Hernando Co. Sheriff's Office; provides certain exceptions; defines term "member" re career-service personnel of said office; specifies period of employment required to qualify for career-service membership; authorizes Sheriff to adopt rules; creates Career Service Appeals Board & provides for membership; provides for severability, etc.
