Seminole Water Control District; (Palm Beach Co.) codifies & reenacts specified provisions; provides for codification of special acts re said district, a special tax district created pursuant to certain provision; provides that name of District shall be Seminole Improvement District; provides additional authority re provision of public infrastructure, services, assessment, levy & collection of taxes, non-ad val assessments & fees, public finance, & District operations, etc.
