Chief Justice of Supreme Court; constitutional amendment to authorize Governor to appoint Chief Justice for 6year term; requires justice with greatest seniority to perform functions of Chief Justice during vacancies & absences; prescribes responsibilities of chief justice; increases number of justices from seven to nine. Amends ss. 2 & 3, Art. V.
