Florida Statutes; repeals various statutory provisions that have become obsolete, have had their effect, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; repeals provisions re expiration of authority for Florida Highway Patrol to adopt safety rules; repeals provision re airports on water bottoms; deletes obsolete provisions re identification & funding of advanced right-of-way acquisition projects in tentative work program, etc. Amends FS.
